These vacancies exist within the Retail Department, Samoa. Reporting directly to the Team Leader - Branch.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
. Providing accurate information about products & services.
. Maintain a sense of urgency to serving customers and reduce queues.
. Provide superior service and asking questions to understand their requirements.
. Use established procedures when handling customer enquiries.
. Portray the value integrity and ensure all dealings are ethical & compliant.
. Able to work together as a team & minimise Bank's exposure to financial loss by maintaining
accurate cash balances with minimal cash errors.
Essential Qualifications, Professional/ Skills and Experience:
. Minimum Form 6 or 7 Certificate.
. Proven customer service skills with desire to go beyond for a client.
. Attention to detail.
. Ability to multitask under pressure.
. High level of persistence.
. Excellent communication skills.
. Good standard of computer literacy.
