How the Graduate Program Works

In a 12-month program, you’ll rotate through different business units, including Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Information Technology and Finance. Depending on your skills and interests, you might also gain experience in Audit, Legal, Treasury, Marketing, Operational Risk or Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance.

Your days will be a mix of training, mentoring and hands-on experience. By year end, you’ll have a deep understanding of the finance industry and a clear idea of which unit you’d like to work in.
