TO THE SHAREHOLDERS OF BANK SOUTH PACIFIC (SAMOA) LIMITED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Bank of South Pacific (Samoa) Limited will be held via a virtual platform at 1pm (Samoan Time) on Friday 29th May, 2020.
BSP will observe and comply with the current Government restrictions on public gatherings due to the impact of COVID-19 pandemic. In the interest of public health and safety shareholders will not be able to attend the meeting in person.
Notice of Meeting has been dispatched to all shareholders, which includes a guide on how you can participate on the virtual meeting.
